Purpose
The Lance Corporal Timothy R. Creager Memorial has been created by the family and friends of Tim Creager to honor his memory and his legacy of sacrifice for his country. The scholarship is supported by an endowment that has been established at Bacone College. It is hoped that this endowment can be added to each year through the support of generous friends of Tim Creager.

Guidelines
Bacone College hopes to further Tim Creager's legacy by awarding a scholarship to an outstanding student who will be known as a Creager Scholar. The award will be made on the basis of merit with a preference given to a student who has experienced financial hardship, is of Native American heritage, and has an interest in Christian Ministry or Nursing.

Scholarship Eligibility
To be considered for nomination as a Creager Scholars, a student must be a resident freshman student pursuing a degree at Bacone College. The nominated student must also have a “B” average.

Contributions
Contributions to Lance Corporal Timothy R. Creager Memorial Scholarship Fund will be placed in a permanent endowment fund at Bacone College. Only the interest from this fund will be used to provide for the scholarship. Our goal for this fund is to raise $100,000. Since Bacone College is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, all contributions to Bacone College are fully tax deductible
